Order Confirmation and Acceptance
When you place an order, we may verify your payment method, shipping address and/or tax exemption identification number (if available) before processing your order. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order subject to these conditions. Microchip USA may choose, at its sole discretion, to accept your order by processing your payment and shipping your products, or may refuse to accept your order or any part of it for any reason at its sole discretion. If we decline to accept your order, we will notify you via the email address or other contact information you provided in your order. Delivery and/or shipment dates associated with any order are estimates only. They do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.
The Limitation of Quantity
Microchip USA reserves the right to change the availability or duration of promotions in case of restrictions on or cancellation of quantities available for any order for any reason, including supply issues. We may refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order, even after acceptance, due to supply issues. After you have paid any money and Microchip USA has rejected all or part of the order, Microchip USA shall return the paid amount to you without interest. We shall not bear any liability arising therefrom.
