Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage TC74VHC139FTELM is a dual 2-to-4 decoder/demultiplexer. This CMOS device features two independent input data select lines and two active-high enable inputs per decoder. Each decoder provides two mutually exclusive outputs for each of its four output lines. With a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, it is suitable for various applications.
