Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage TC7W02FU-TE12L is a dual 2-input NOR gate logic IC from the 7W series. This device offers 2 independent NOR gate circuits within its 8-SSOP package, designed for surface mounting. It operates across a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, with a maximum propagation delay of 13ns at 6V and 50pF load capacitance.
