Texas Instruments SN74LVC139ADRG4 is a dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer from the 74LVC series. Each of the two independent decoders accepts two binary address inputs (A, B) and features four mutually exclusive outputs. An enable input (G) is provided for each decoder. When the enable is low, the device is active and the lower address inputs select one of the four outputs to be in the low state. When the enable input is high, all outputs are disabled to the high state. The SN74LVC139ADRG4 operates from a single supply voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V and supports a maximum output current of 24mA for both high and low states. This component is housed in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package and is supplied on tape and reel.
