Texas Instruments SN74145NSRG4 is a 7400 series decade decoder/driver. This monolithic semiconductor device functions as a 1-of-10 decoder, converting 4-line BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) input to one of ten mutually exclusive outputs. Each output is capable of sinking up to 80mA, making it suitable for directly driving incandescent lamps or similar loads. The SN74145NSRG4 features active-LOW outputs and includes strobe and enable inputs for expanded control.
