Texas Instruments CD74HC4515E is a high-speed CMOS 1-of-16 decoder/demultiplexer from the 74HC series. This device features one independent 1-to-16 decoding/demultiplexing circuit. It supports single supply operation with a voltage range of 2V to 6V. The outputs can source or sink up to 5.2mA at either logic high or low.
