Texas Instruments CD74HC154M is a high-speed CMOS 1-of-16 decoder/demultiplexer. This device features a single 1-of-16 decoding/demultiplexing circuit. The inputs include four binary select lines (A, B, C, D) and two enable inputs (G1, G2). When G1 is high and G2 is low, one of the 16 outputs is selected and goes low. All other outputs remain high.
