Texas Instruments CD74HC139E is a dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer from the 74HC series. This high-speed CMOS device features two independent decoders, each with two binary select inputs (A0, A1) and four mutually exclusive outputs. The enable input (G) is active-high for each decoder. When G is low, all outputs are disabled. The CD74HC139E is suitable for applications requiring address decoding, data routing, and demultiplexing in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. It operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 2V to 6V. The device is provided in a 16-pin PDIP package for through-hole mounting and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Output current capabilities are 5.2mA for both high and low states.
