Texas Instruments CD4515BME4 is a CMOS 4:16 decoder/demultiplexer from the 4000B series. This monolithic integrated circuit features one independent 4-to-16 line decoder/demultiplexer with active low outputs. The device accepts four binary address inputs (A0-A3) and a data input (D) which is routed to the selected output based on the address. Two enable inputs (G1 and G2) control the operation.
