The Texas Instruments SN74LVC2G00DCURG4 is a dual 2-input NAND gate from the 74LVC series. This CMOS device offers a wide operating voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V, supporting both TTL and CMOS logic levels with input thresholds specified from 0.58V to 1.65V for low and 1.07V to 3.85V for high.
