Texas Instruments SN74LVC14APWRG4 is a 74LVC series hex Schmitt-trigger inverter. This low-voltage CMOS device features six independent inverter gates, each with a single input and a Schmitt-trigger input for improved noise immunity. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V and offers a low quiescent current of 1 µA maximum. The SN74LVC14APWRG4 supports rail-to-rail output drive capability with 24mA sourcing and sinking current. Propagation delay is rated at 6.2ns at 3.3V with a 50pF load. Input logic levels are defined from 0.15V to 0.8V for low and 1.3V to 2V for high. The device is packaged in a 14-TSSOP and is suitable for surface mounting. Applications include digital logic, signal conditioning, and level shifting in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
