Texas Instruments SN74HC14D is a 74HC series inverter IC featuring six independent Schmitt trigger inverters. Each circuit has a single input and is designed for operation over a 2V to 6V supply voltage range. This device exhibits a maximum propagation delay of 21ns at 6V with a 50pF load. The Schmitt trigger inputs provide hysteresis, with input logic levels defined between 0.3V to 1.2V for low and 1.5V to 4.2V for high. Quiescent current is a maximum of 2 µA. Output drive capability is 5.2mA for both high and low states. The SN74HC14D is supplied in a 14-SOIC surface mount package and is suitable for applications in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and telecommunications. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
