Texas Instruments 74HC series SN74HC132D is a quad 2-input NAND gate IC featuring Schmitt trigger inputs. This device offers robust noise immunity with input logic levels specified from 0.3V to 1.2V for low and 1.5V to 4.2V for high, across its 2V to 6V supply voltage range. The SN74HC132D is packaged in a 14-SOIC surface-mount configuration.
