Texas Instruments SN74HC00PW is a high-speed CMOS logic NAND gate IC. This device features four independent 2-input NAND gates within a 14-TSSOP package. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V with a typical quiescent current of 2 µA. The high logic input level is specified between 1.5V and 4.2V, and the low logic input level is between 0.5V and 1.8V. Maximum propagation delay is 15ns at 6V with a 50pF load capacitance.
