Texas Instruments SN74AUC2G32YZPR is a dual 2-input OR gate from the 74AUC series. This advanced CMOS logic device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 0.8V to 2.7V. It features low quiescent current of a maximum 10 µA and high-speed operation with a typical propagation delay of 1.7ns at 2.5V and 30pF. The input logic levels are specified from 0V to 0.7V for low and a minimum of 1.7V for high. Output drive capability is 9mA for both high and low states. Designed for surface mounting, this component is provided in an 8-DSBGA package on tape and reel. Applications include consumer electronics, industrial automation, and telecommunications.
