Texas Instruments SN74ACT10DRE4 is a high-performance 74ACT series Triple 3-Input NAND Gate. This device features three independent NAND gates, each with three inputs, housed in a 14-SOIC package. Operating over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 9ns at 5V and 50pF. The logic operates with a high input threshold of 2V and a low threshold of 0.8V.
