Texas Instruments SN74AC11IDRQ1 is a 74AC Series AEC-Q100 qualified automotive-grade AND gate IC. This triple 3-input gate features a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and a typical propagation delay of 8ns at 5V with a 50pF load.
