Texas Instruments SN74AC04NS is a 74AC series hex inverter with six independent inverter circuits. Each circuit features a single input and a single output, capable of driving loads up to 24mA at both high and low states. This device operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2V to 6V, with input logic levels compatible from 0.1V to 3.6V for low and 2.99V to 5.49V for high. The maximum propagation delay is 7ns at 5V with a 50pF load. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a 14-SOIC package. Quiescent current is a minimal 2 µA.
