Texas Instruments SN7400N is a 7400 series NAND gate integrated circuit. This device features four independent 2-input NAND gates housed in a 14-pin PDIP package with through-hole mounting. Each gate offers a typical propagation delay of 22ns at 5V and 15pF load capacitance. Operating within a supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, the SN7400N supports high-level inputs at 2V and low-level inputs at 0.8V. Output current capabilities are 400µA high and 16mA low.
