Texas Instruments CD74HCT14M is a high-speed CMOS logic inverter IC featuring six independent Schmitt trigger inputs. This 74HCT series component offers a guaranteed 4.5V to 5.5V operating voltage range with low quiescent current of 2 µA maximum. Each inverter has a single input and is housed in a 14-SOIC package for surface mounting. The Schmitt trigger functionality provides superior noise immunity with input logic levels of 0.5V to 0.6V for low and 1.9V to 2.1V for high.
