Texas Instruments CD74HC21M is a high-speed CMOS logic dual 4-input AND gate. This device features two independent AND gates, each with four inputs. Operating over a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 19ns at 6V with a 50pF load capacitance. The quiescent current is a minimal 2 µA.
