Texas Instruments' 74HC series CD74HC132ME4 is a high-speed CMOS silicon gate NAND gate IC. This device features four independent 2-input NAND gates, each incorporating a Schmitt trigger input for enhanced noise immunity. With a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, it offers typical propagation delays of 21ns at 6V with a 50pF load.
