Texas Instruments CD4081BNS is a high-speed CMOS 4000B series dual 2-input AND gate. This device features four independent 2-input AND gates, each with a guaranteed limit on propagation delay over the full voltage and temperature range. The CD4081BNS offers symmetrical output characteristics and low quiescent current of 5 µA maximum at 18V. With a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V, it supports input logic levels from 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high. Typical output drive capability is 6.8mA at 15V. The 14-SOIC package is suitable for surface mounting. Applications include industrial automation, medical equipment, and consumer electronics. Maximum propagation delay is 90ns at 15V with a 50pF load.
