Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Categories: Gates and Inverters

Quality Control: Learn More

Texas Instruments CD4069UBEG4 is a high-performance CMOS Hex Inverter from the 4000B series. This device features six independent inverter gates, each with a single input and output. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V, with guaranteed specifications at 5V, 10V, and 15V. The low quiescent current of 1 µA (max) makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. Propagation delay is rated at 50ns at 15V with a 50pF load. Input logic levels are defined between 1V and 2.5V for low and 4V and 12.5V for high. The CD4069UBEG4 is provided in a 14-pin Dual In-line Package (DIP) for through-hole mounting, suitable for industrial control, automotive, and consumer electronics applications. Output current capabilities are 3.4mA for both high and low states.

Integrated Circuit FAQs

An integrated circuit (IC) is a semiconductor chip that contains transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components on a single silicon substrate. ICs are the foundation of modern electronics and power devices such as smartphones, computers, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.

Integrated circuits work by routing electrical signals through microscopic semiconductor components fabricated onto a silicon chip. Depending on the design, ICs can process, amplify, store, or control electronic data.
