Texas Instruments CD4011UBPW is a quad 2-input NAND gate from the 4000B Series. This CMOS logic device offers robust performance across a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V. Each of the four independent NAND gates features a maximum propagation delay of 50ns at 15V with a 50pF load capacitance. The quiescent current is exceptionally low at a maximum of 1 µA. Input logic levels are specified with a low of 1V to 2.5V and a high of 4V to 12.5V. Output drive capability is 3.4mA for both high and low states. The CD4011UBPW is supplied in a 14-TSSOP surface mount package, making it suitable for various electronic equipment and industrial applications.
