Texas Instruments CD4011UBEG4 is a CMOS Quad 2-Input NAND Gate from the 4000B series. This electronic component features four independent 2-input NAND gates, each housed in a 14-pin Dual In-line Package (DIP). It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V.
