Texas Instruments CD40107BPW is a dual 2-input NAND gate from the 4000B series, featuring open-drain outputs. This electronic component is housed in an 8-TSSOP package, suitable for surface mounting. Each of the two independent NAND gates offers a low output current capability of 68mA. The quiescent current is a minimal 4 µA.
