Texas Instruments CD40107BEG4 is a dual 2-input NAND gate from the 4000B series. This CMOS device features open-drain outputs, allowing for wired-OR logic configurations. Each of the two independent NAND gates supports an input logic high range of 3.5V to 11V and an input logic low range of 1.5V to 4V. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V. With a maximum quiescent current of 4 µA, it is suitable for low-power applications. The output can sink up to 68mA. Propagation delay is rated at 100ns at 15V with a 50pF load. Packaged in an 8-pin PDIP, the CD40107BEG4 is designed for through-hole mounting and finds application in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and communication systems.
