Texas Instruments CD4019BPW is a quad AND/OR Select Gate from the 4000B series. This configurable logic device offers four independent 2-input AND/OR selection gates. Each gate features two data inputs and one select input, enabling flexible logic path selection. The output of each gate is the result of the AND operation of the two data inputs, which is then ORed with the select input when the select input is high. Conversely, when the select input is low, the output is simply the result of the AND operation. This component is suitable for applications requiring complex combinatorial logic functions, signal routing, and data selection within industrial automation, consumer electronics, and telecommunications systems. It operates over a wide voltage range of 3V to 18V and is housed in a 16-TSSOP package. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
