Texas Instruments SN74HC74NG4 is a dual D-type flip-flop from the 74HC series. Each flip-flop features a D input and both complementary Q and Q\ outputs. A high-level at the preset or clear input will set or clear the flip-flop respectively, independent of the clock input.
