Texas Instruments SN74HC74NG4 is a dual D-type flip-flop from the 74HC series. Each flip-flop features a D input and both complementary Q and Q\ outputs. A high-level at the preset or clear input will set or clear the flip-flop respectively, independent of the clock input. Designed for operation from 2V to 6V, this device exhibits a maximum clock frequency of 60 MHz at 6V. Typical quiescent current is 4 µA. The SN74HC74NG4 has a maximum propagation delay of 30 ns at 6V with a 50 pF load. Output current capabilities are 5.2 mA for both high and low states.
