Texas Instruments SN74HC109NG4 is a dual, independent JK-type positive-edge-triggered flip-flop. Each flip-flop features set and reset direct inputs, complementary Q and Q outputs, and operates with a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V. With a maximum clock frequency of 60 MHz and a typical propagation delay of 30ns at 6V with a 50pF load, this device is suitable for high-speed digital logic applications. The 74HC series component offers low quiescent current of 4 µA and output drive capabilities of 5.2mA for both high and low states.
