Texas Instruments' CD74HCT574QM96Q1 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, automotive-grade D-type flip-flop. This single, 8-bit element features a true output and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Designed for positive edge triggering, it offers a maximum clock frequency of 60 MHz and a typical propagation delay of 33ns at 4.5V with a 50pF load. The device provides tri-state, non-inverted outputs with 6mA drive capability for both high and low states. Quiescent current is a low 8 µA. Mounting is via surface mount to a 20-SOIC package (0.295", 7.50mm width), supplied on tape and reel. Applications include automotive control systems and industrial automation.
