Texas Instruments 74HCT series CD74HCT174EG4 is a hex D-type flip-flop with a master reset function. This device features six independent D-type flip-flops, each triggered by a positive edge on the clock input. The non-inverted output for each flip-flop is available. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, it exhibits a maximum clock frequency of 25 MHz and a typical propagation delay of 40ns at 4.5V and 50pF. Quiescent current is a minimal 8 µA.
