Texas Instruments CD74HC273M is an 8-bit, D-type flip-flop with a master reset function. This high-speed CMOS device operates from 2V to 6V. Each flip-flop features a D input and a Q output. Data is transferred from D to Q on the positive edge of the clock signal. The asynchronous master reset clears all flip-flops when active. Maximum propagation delay is 26ns at 6V with a 50pF load. Quiescent current is a low 8 µA, with output drive capability of 5.2mA at both high and low states. Input capacitance is 10pF. This component is supplied in a 20-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm width) surface mount package.
