Texas Instruments CD40175BPW is a monolithic CMOS 4-bit D-type flip-flop from the 4000B series. This device features a master reset function and complementary outputs. Each flip-flop has a D input, a clock input, a master reset input, and complementary Q and Q\ outputs. Data on the D input is transferred to the Q output on the positive edge of the clock signal.
