Texas Instruments 74HC series CD74HC393MT is a dual 4-bit binary ripple counter. This high-speed CMOS device features two independent 4-bit counters, each with a maximum count rate of 35 MHz. The counters are triggered by a negative edge on the clock input. Asynchronous reset is provided for each counter.
