Texas Instruments CD74HC393M96E4 is a dual, 4-bit binary ripple counter from the 74HC series. This high-speed CMOS device features two independent 4-bit counters, each with a ripple clock output. The counters are synchronous with respect to the clock and asynchronous reset. Designed for negative edge triggering, each counter element provides a count rate of 35 MHz.
