Texas Instruments SN74ALS540DW is a high-speed CMOS octal buffer/line driver featuring 3-state outputs. This inverting buffer, part of the 74ALS series, is designed for 4.5V to 5.5V supply operation. Each of the eight buffer elements provides a 3-state output capability, allowing for bus-oriented applications.
