STMicroelectronics 74HC series M74HC155RM13TR is a dual 1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer. Each of the two independent decoder circuits features two select inputs (A, B) and an enable input (G). When the enable input is low, the device decodes a 2-bit binary address applied to the select inputs to activate one of the four outputs. When the enable input is high, all outputs are in their high-impedance state. This device is suitable for applications in telecommunications, industrial automation, and consumer electronics, providing efficient address decoding and data routing. The M74HC155RM13TR is supplied in a 16-SOIC (0.154"", 3.90mm Width) package, suitable for surface mount applications, and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
