STMicroelectronics 74HC Series M74HC08RM13TR is a quadruple 2-input AND gate IC. This high-speed CMOS device offers a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V and features low quiescent current of 1 µA. Each of the four independent gates has a maximum propagation delay of 13ns at 6V and 50pF. The input logic levels are defined between 0.5V to 1.8V for LOW and 1.5V to 4.2V for HIGH.
