STMicroelectronics 74HC series M74HC574RM13TR is an 8-bit, single, positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop. This device features tri-state, non-inverted outputs and operates with a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, supporting clock frequencies up to 90 MHz.
