The Rohm Semiconductor BU4070B is a 4-channel, 2-input XOR logic gate in a 14-DIP package. This complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 16V, with typical quiescent current draw as low as 4 µA. Each of the four independent XOR circuits features a maximum propagation delay of 40ns at 15V and 50pF. Input logic levels are specified as 1.5V to 4V for low and 3.5V to 11V for high. Output drive capabilities include 1.2mA for high and 3mA for low. The BU4070B is suitable for applications in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and data communication systems. It is supplied in a 14-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole mounting package.
