Rohm Semiconductor BU4069UBFV-E2 is a 6-channel CMOS inverter IC from the 4000B series. This device features a single input per gate, providing true complementary P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs in a single package. With an operating voltage range of 3V to 16V, it demonstrates a low quiescent current of 4 µA.
