Rohm Semiconductor BU4069UBF-E2 is a 6-channel CMOS inverter from the 4000B series. This device features a single input per gate and offers a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 16V. Quiescent current is remarkably low at a maximum of 4 µA. Output drive capability is specified at 3mA for both high and low states. Propagation delay is rated at 40ns maximum at 15V with a 50pF load capacitance. Input logic levels are defined with a low threshold between 1V and 2.5V, and a high threshold between 4V and 12.5V.
