The onsemi MC74ACT139N is a dual, independent 2-to-4 decoder/demultiplexer from the 74ACT series. Each decoder accepts two binary address inputs and, when enabled, provides one of four mutually exclusive outputs. This device features two independent 2-to-4 decoders in a single 16-pin DIP package. Designed for high-speed applications, it operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The MC74ACT139N offers a high output current drive capability of 24mA for both high and low states, making it suitable for demanding logic routing and decoding tasks in industrial control, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
