The onsemi MC74ACT139N is a dual, independent 2-to-4 decoder/demultiplexer from the 74ACT series. Each decoder accepts two binary address inputs and, when enabled, provides one of four mutually exclusive outputs. This device features two independent 2-to-4 decoders in a single 16-pin DIP package. Designed for high-speed applications, it operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The MC74ACT139N offers a high output current drive capability of 24mA for both high and low states, making it suitable for demanding logic routing and decoding tasks in industrial control, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. Its through-hole mounting type and standard 16-PDIP package facilitate integration into existing PCB designs. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
