onsemi 4000B Series CD4015BCN is a dual 4-bit static shift register. This CMOS device features two independent 4-bit serial-input-to-parallel-output registers. Each register consists of a 4-bit static shift register and an output buffer. Data can be shifted serially into the registers and then read out in parallel. The CD4015BCN supports serial data input, serial output, and parallel outputs for each of the two 4-bit registers. Its complementary outputs ensure robust signal integrity. Designed for through-hole mounting in a 16-PDIP package, it operates across a wide voltage range of 3V to 18V and an industrial temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Applications include data buffering, sequence generation, and serial-to-parallel conversion in industrial control, consumer electronics, and communication systems.
