The onsemi 74HC series NLVHC86ADR2G is a Quad 2-Input Exclusive OR gate. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features four independent XOR gates, each with two inputs and a single output. Operating with a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 26ns at 6V with a 50pF load capacitance. The input logic levels are specified from 0.5V to 1.8V for low and 1.5V to 4.2V for high. With a low quiescent current of 1 µA and output drive capabilities of 5.2mA high and low, this device is suitable for automotive applications.
