The onsemi NLV74HC132ADTG is a Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger Gate IC from the 74HC series. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features four independent NAND gates, each with Schmitt-trigger inputs for enhanced noise immunity. Operating over a voltage supply range of 2V to 6V, it offers a maximum propagation delay of 32ns at 6V with a 50pF load. Quiescent current is minimized at 1 µA.
