onsemi NLV74HC08ADR2G is a high-speed CMOS logic AND gate IC from the 74HC series. This quad 2-input device offers four independent AND gates within a single 14-SOIC package, facilitating compact board layouts. Operating over a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, it features symmetrical output drive capabilities of 5.2mA at both high and low levels. The quiescent current is a minimal 1 µA. Designed for automotive applications, it meets AEC-Q100 qualification standards. Input logic levels are defined from 0.5V to 1.8V for low and 1.5V to 4.2V for high. Maximum propagation delay is 19ns at 6V with a 50pF load capacitance. The NLV74HC08ADR2G is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging for automated assembly.
