onsemi NLV74HC02ADR2G is a high-speed CMOS 74HC series quad 2-input NOR gate. This AEC-Q100 qualified automotive-grade device offers four independent NOR gates packaged in a 14-SOIC surface-mount configuration. Each gate operates with a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, featuring typical output drive of 5.2mA at both high and low states. The quiescent current is exceptionally low at a maximum of 1µA. Input logic levels are defined with a low threshold of 0.5V to 1.8V and a high threshold of 1.5V to 4.2V. Maximum propagation delay is 19ns at 6V with a 50pF load. The NLV74HC02ADR2G is suitable for applications in automotive systems, industrial control, and general-purpose logic implementations where reliable and efficient NOR gating is required. It is supplied in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.
